This large oceanfront mansion backing up to a Biscayne Bay on an exclusive CG cul-de-sac, makes quite an impression as you approach the driveway. Once a classic Mediterranean estate, we worked closely with our clients to transform the residence and grounds to feel as though it belongs in the Greek isles. We lightened the tones and carried the fresh blue and white color palette throughout, in addition to infusing the space with a Moroccan flair to play off the art and collectibles from the clients love of the Far East and their travels.
The dark kitchen, doors, and accents throughout have been replaced with new floor to ceiling kitchen cabinetry, beams added, dark iron railings, removed and replaced with glass inside and out, a new roof covered with solar panels, giving the house a more modern Mediterranean feel. The exterior arch entry with stunning curved Moroccan tile inset, and carried through to the side fountains makes it a real showcase to approach the house.
The entire house has been renovated and the decor reflects the individual taste and style of the family that inhabit it. The sprawling backyard with pool, large guest house, private beach, and double cabana is a relaxing and perfect addition to the compound overlooking Biscayne Bay making this private home a real dream come true.
